This small amplifier is built around the IC TDA2616. The maximum power supply capacity is 2 x 15 W rms (4 ohm) or 2 x 10 W rms (8 ohm). The IC is protected against overheating and short-circuit. No additional rectifiers or smoothing filters are required because the alternating current can be connected directly to the device.
